Joy Muller is the knowledge manager of CERAH’s initiative “Humanitarian Encyclopedia”.
Joy joined CERAH in November 2018. Before CERAH, Joy has worked with international organisations at national and international levels in humanitarian and development fields. Joy's wide-ranging experience includes operation coordination, partnership building and international cooperation, project and knowledge management, advocacy, policy making and implementation.
Joy’s academic accomplishment includes a master’s degree in public administration and international development. Joy considers knowledge management and organisational learning essential to enhance the effectiveness of the humanitarian sectors, and through which to create a better future of people in need.
